If you are feeling unwell, showing flu like symptoms, suspect you may have COVID-19 or have come into contact with anyone who has these symptoms we ask that you please reschedule your appointment.  If you come to your appointment and you are unwell we reserve the right to refuse treatment and will charge a cancellation fee.  


We are currently restricted to the number of people allowed in the salon at any one time. Because of this, we will still be offering our non-contact or free local delivery service on products purchased.  


Due to the limited amount of people allowed in the salon, we ask that you do not bring additional people to your appointments, including young children.  


To minimise time in the salon, we ask that you fill out and return your electronic consultation form that will be sent to your phone before you attend your appointment.  If you are unable to access the form on your phone, please let us know. 


We are committed to your safety and the safety of our staff, we ask that you sanitise when entering and before exiting the salon at the sanitation station. 



The Little House of beauty is a small business and appointments are highly sought after. When you book an appointment with us, a clinic room and therapist is allocated to that time especially for you. 


When you fail to arrive or cancel on short notice, the allocated appointment time remains blocked.  We do not have the opportunity to fill your appointment time, and potential clients miss out on the opportunity to receive our services.  A reminder text message will be sent 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and considered a cancellation fee.  



We require a 50% deposit when booking online. This deposit is not an extra charge, but part-payment towards your treatment. Your deposit is fully refundable or transferable should you cancel/reschedule giving in excess of 24 hours notification before your allocated appointment time. If you fail to show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited in accordance with our cancellation policy. 



We want you to have the most relaxing experience with us, so please switch off your mobiles and remove any smart watches for the duration of your appointment. Please also let us know your preferred massage pressure, music volume, and room temperature.
